How To Manage Your Farm Team, Start To Finish
A complete walkthrough of managing staff β adding an employee, their full profile, marking attendance, reviewing performance, handling salaries and advances, and assigning tasks and timetables.
See Your Whole Team, Add Someone New
Head to Employees to see your whole team in one roster, each person carrying their own auto-generated ID like EMP-0001 so records stay consistent even as the team grows. Click Add Employee to open a quick popup covering contact details, position, hire date, and Pay Type β Hourly, Daily, Weekly, or Monthly, with Weekly asking for a payday and Monthly asking for a payment day (1st, 7th, 15th, same as hire date, or a custom day) plus a Next Payment Date. A Payroll Due This Month card totals up what you can expect to pay across everyone on a fixed schedule.
Every Employee Gets One Complete Profile
Click any employee to open their full Profile β Basic Info, a Salary summary showing whether they're Pending, Upcoming, Paid, or already have an Advance Paid, and quick-glance cards for Attendance, Tasks, and Performance, each with a "View all" link straight to the full detail. Need to update a detail instead β a raise, a new position, a status change? Edit opens the same information in a simple form, ready to save.
Mark Attendance For The Whole Farm In Seconds
Attendance opens with a farm-wide quick-mark sheet for today β Present, Absent, Half Day, or Leave for every employee, all on one screen, so the whole day's attendance doesn't take fifteen separate clicks. Need to log a specific day for one person, or check someone's full history? A per-employee Record Attendance form and complete history sit right below the quick sheet.
Track Performance With Star Ratings
Log a review any time from Performance β a straightforward 1-to-5 star rating alongside Strengths, Areas To Improve, and who did the reviewing, so growth (or a problem worth addressing early) is on record instead of just remembered. Every review stays attached to that employee's profile, building a real history over time rather than a one-off note.
Pay What's Owed, Or Get Ahead With An Advance
Salaries shows one consolidated row per employee β not a growing pile of past pay periods β in exactly one of four states: Pending, Upcoming, Paid, or Advance Paid. π΅ Pay Remaining settles what's actually owed for the current period (capped automatically so you can't overpay, and labeled "Pay Salary (Overdue)" once the due date has passed), while β± Give Advance opens the same popup for paying ahead of schedule with no cap at all. If a future period is already scheduled, a small "Next Payment" note tells you when it's coming without cluttering the row.
Assign Tasks And Build Recurring Timetables
Tasks splits into two views β a filterable π Tasks list (All, Today, This Week, This Month) for everything assigned so far, and π Timetables for recurring schedules. + Add Task creates a single one-off task with optional Daily, Weekly, or Monthly recurrence that rolls forward automatically as each one is completed, while + Add Timetable builds a full day-by-day grid where each day gets its own set of task chips. Either a dashboard User or a farm Employee can be the assignee, so the same system covers your whole operation.
