Everything Your Operation Needs As It Scales
More animals, more people, more money moving through the system — here's how Animals Farming keeps up as your operation grows, from adding a second farm to turning surplus stock into revenue.
Add More Farms As You Expand
Outgrown a single location? Any Super Admin can open + Create New Farm and stand up a second, completely separate farm on the exact same login — its own animals, users, and records from day one. Once you belong to more than one farm, the farm name in the top bar becomes a dropdown, so switching between them is a single click. See the full walkthrough on the Multi-Farm Management guide.
Grow Your Team Alongside Your Herd
More animals usually means more hands on deck. Head to Employees → Add Employee to bring people onto the platform itself, not just onto the payroll — assign each one a role under Roles so they only ever see and do what their job actually needs, whether that's logging health checkups, managing purchases, or nothing financial at all. Attendance, salaries, and performance are all tracked from the same Employees section as your team grows.
Keep Every Animal Organized, No Matter The Herd Size
Ten animals or ten thousand, the structure stays the same: every animal gets its own profile under Livestock → Animals, and Herds lets you group them however makes sense for your operation — by field, by breed, by purpose. Bulk Assign handles bringing in a large batch at once, so growth in numbers doesn't mean growth in manual data entry.
Track Health & Breeding Without Losing The Thread
As your herd grows, keeping health and breeding records straight in a notebook stops being realistic. Every checkup, vaccination, and treatment logged under Health attaches directly to that animal's own profile, and Health Report rolls it all up so nothing slips through simply because there's more to keep track of. Breeding works the same way, keeping parent/offspring relationships connected automatically as your numbers grow.
See One Complete Financial Picture, Not Scattered Numbers
More farms, more employees, and more sales all mean more money moving — Income, Expenses, and Accounts keep it logged as it happens, and Profit & Loss builds itself from those entries automatically. If you're running multiple farms, this is what keeps your growth from turning into a set of disconnected spreadsheets — everything stays in one system you can actually trust.
Watch Yield & Trends As Volume Increases
Yield tracks production and output over time, and Reports pulls the bigger picture together across everything you're logging — so as the numbers get bigger, you're spotting real trends instead of just staring at more rows in a table. It's the difference between growing blind and growing with an actual view of what's working.
Turn Surplus Into Revenue On The Marketplace
A bigger operation often means extra stock, equipment, or feed worth selling on rather than sitting unused. Market → Add Listing puts it in front of buyers browsing the public Marketplace, and any interest comes back to you as an inquiry under Market Inquiries — one more way the platform scales with you instead of needing a separate tool bolted on.
Ready to grow with the right tools already in place?
Everything above lives in one dashboard — no separate tools to juggle as your farm gets bigger.
